A minimum of 500.000 USD or equivalent to the same amount in Turkish Lira should be invested as a fixed capital investment and confirmed by the Ministry of Industry and Technology. A minimum of 400.000 USD or equivalent to the same amount in Turkish lira should be invested in real estate and the Title Deed needs to be registered on your name. The purchased real estate is restricted to be sold for the next 3 years.

This should be confirmed by the ministry of Environment and Urbanization.

A person who provides labour for at least 50 employees and is confirmed by the Ministry of Family, Labour and Social Services.

A minimum deposit payment of 500.000 USD or equivalent to the same amount in Turkish Lira to any Turkish operating bank. The amount should be held in the bank for 3 years and confirmed by The department of banking regulation and supervision (Tureng).

A minimum of 500.00 USD or equivalent amount in Turkish Lira to be spent on governmental bonds and bills, restricted with the condition to hold them for at least 3 years. This investment should be confirmed by the Ministry of Treasury and Finance.

A minimum of 500.000 USD or equivalent amount in Turkish Lira should be invested in a real estate investment fund or trough buying the shares of the venture capital investment fund and this investment will be restricted from withdrawal for 3 years for both options.
