Brand Vadi Natura 5+1

Natura is the 5+1 duplex at Brand Vadi İstanbul — 458 m² in Büyükçekmece on the European side. Its plot runs from 700 to 760 m², with a 28 m² pool and a loggia of its own. It is the smallest duplex in the project and the shortest step up from a single-storey house.

The 5+1 counts rooms rather than bedrooms. Upstairs are three bedrooms and the 26 m² master, each with a bathroom of its own. The garden floor holds a 48.50 m² salon, a 25.80 m² kitchen with a pantry, a cloakroom and WC, a laundry room, and a staff room with its own bathroom — that room is the fifth. Three things worth knowing before you fly out. This is the outer European side of the city, and those minutes are measured to motorways, schools and hospitals rather than to the old town. And the aerial photographs are unretouched: 225 villas on 287,000 m² means detached inside a planned street grid.
