Brand Vadi Vita 10+1

Vita is the largest villa at Brand Vadi İstanbul: a 10+1 duplex of 980 m² in Büyükçekmece. It is the only type in the project with a cinema room and a spa inside the house — 27.70 m² and 44.60 m² — alongside a 53.80 m² pool, a loggia and a jacuzzi. The plot runs from 1,300 to 1,410 m².

The 10+1 counts rooms rather than bedrooms. The ground floor is built around a 102.90 m² salon and a 38.70 m² kitchen, with the cinema room and the spa off it, a guest room and bathroom, a staff room and bathroom, a multi-purpose room and a 78.90 m² terrace. Residents share an indoor pool, a sauna, a Turkish hammam and a fitness centre, a cinema room, an art centre and a meeting room, children's playgrounds, basketball, football and tennis courts, a pond, and commercial units with a Macro Center, restaurants, cafés and a pharmacy. Security is on camera 24 hours. Each villa runs on a smart home system.

Three things worth knowing before you fly out. This is the outer European side of the city, and those minutes are measured to motorways, schools and hospitals rather than to the old town. And the aerial photographs are unretouched: 225 villas on 287,000 m² means detached inside a planned street grid.
