Who is responsible for your data

What we collect

• When you send the enquiry form: your name, email address, phone number and message, the listing or page you wrote from, and the site language. If you arrived through an advertising link, the campaign details in that link are recorded too.
• With every enquiry: your IP address, the country it belongs to and your browser's identification string. We use these to filter out automated and fake submissions.
• If you receive our newsletter: your email address, name and language.
• While you browse: page views and clicks, collected by the analytics and advertising tools listed below.
• When a request looks like an attack on the site: the IP address and the addresses it requested.

Why we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and send you properties that match it.
• To contact you later about new properties and opportunities related to what you asked for. You can tell us to stop at any time.
• To send the newsletter — only to subscribers, and only until they unsubscribe.
• To protect the site against spam and attacks.
• To measure which of our advertising brings enquiries.

Legal basis

Replying to your enquiry is processing directly related to setting up a contract (KVKK Article 5/2-c). Protecting the site and keeping a record of enquiries rest on our legitimate interest (Article 5/2-f). Analytics, advertising measurement, the newsletter and transfers abroad rest on your explicit consent.

Who receives it

• Our own customer management system (CRM).
• Our email provider, which delivers enquiry notifications to our team.
• Telegram, which sends our team an instant notification of each enquiry.
• Resend, which sends the newsletter.
• Google — Analytics, Ads, the map in our offices section, and Google Drive, where the site is backed up every night.
• Microsoft Clarity, which records how pages are used.
• Meta (Facebook and Instagram), for advertising measurement.
• Cloudflare, which protects the site and checks that forms are sent by a person.

We never sell your data.

Transfers abroad

Several of these providers process data on servers outside Türkiye, so your data is transferred abroad under KVKK Article 9.

Cookies

The site itself sets no cookies for visitors. The Google, Microsoft Clarity and Meta tools set their own; you can delete or block them in your browser settings.

Your browser also stores the currency and listing layout you chose, so the site remembers them next time. That information never leaves your device.

How long we keep it

• Enquiries: until you ask us to delete them, so that we can reach you about suitable opportunities later.
• Security records: between 7 and 90 days.
• Backups: 30 days.
• Newsletter details: until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

Under KVKK Article 11 you may ask whether we process your data, what we process and why, and who receives it. You may ask us to correct or delete it, object to a result reached solely by automated means, and claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.

Write to [email protected]. We reply within 30 days. Every newsletter has an unsubscribe link at the bottom. You also have the right to complain to the Personal Data Protection Authority.

When this page changes, the date at the top changes with it.
