Bahçekent TİM

Bahçekent TİM is the trade centre Hasanoğlu Şirketler Grubu and Çiftçi Modern Yapı are building on Mercedes Bulvarı in Esenyurt, where the tower blocks of Bahçekent give way to Istanbul's western industrial belt. Two blocks hold 187 business units between 119 m² and 1,274 m², and the five offered here are all on the first floor: 126.39 m², 167.28 m², 192.71 m², 200.17 m² and 278.05 m².

Each unit is handed over as shell and core, which is what lets you shape it around the work you do. Escalators and eight lifts connect the floors, and the canteen, tea room, meeting rooms, prayer room, changing rooms and WCs are shared.

The address is why most businesses look here. The E-80 runs past the southern edge of the site, Mercedes-Benz Türk's Hoşdere bus plant is on the same boulevard, Baykar's Özdemir Bayraktar National Technology Centre and Trendyol's Esenyurt warehouses are minutes away, and Istanbul Airport is about 35 km. Commercial property counts towards Turkish citizenship by investment too, once a purchase reaches the programme's $400,000 threshold.
