Gift Hebil

Gift Hebil is a group of just 10 detached villas on the hillside above Hebil Bay in Türkbükü, one of the calmest corners of the Bodrum peninsula. Designed by GOOA Architects under Emre Arslan, each villa pairs local stone with white walls and wide glazing, and each comes with its own pool, its own landscaped garden of 197 to 375 m² and a panoramic view across the bay to the sea, which lies about 500 metres away.

Every villa is a triplex with 368.55 m² of net living space and around 530 m² gross. On the ground floor the living room opens through floor-to-ceiling glass onto a 62.57 m² terrace and the 21 m² pool, and the kitchen, a guest WC and a bedroom with its own bathroom sit on the same level, reached through a quiet entrance courtyard. The first floor holds the entrance hall and the main bedroom, with its own bathroom and a balcony.

The lower floor is brought into daylight by two inner gardens. Two more bedrooms with their own bathrooms are here, along with a hobby room that can become a studio or a home gym, a laundry and a helper's room with its own bathroom, so the four main bedrooms each have a private bathroom and guests keep a floor of their own. Smart-home and intercom systems, underfloor heating and VRF air conditioning keep the house comfortable in every season, and each villa has parking for two cars with an electric car charger.

Residents share the project's own jetty on the bay. Yalıkavak Marina and Türkbükü are a few minutes' drive away, close enough for an evening out and far enough to leave the summer crowds behind.
