There are nearly 70 summer houses on it, which are 1st and 3rd degree historical buildings.There is two beach in the west and in the east of the island.It is known that the Knights of Rhodes kept the control of the city for a long time with the castle they built on the island in the 15th century and it is still possible to see the remains of the castle walls and the houses and cisterns on the island.
